What is the item that was bought/sold/traded? bought ps vita background
Proof: i have proof in my inbox of me sending the doantion and messages etc
When did this happen: about one and a half week ago
How did you purchase: i sent A gift to enzo-f as payment
How much?: 10k vbuks

julian said if i donate a gift to enzo-f saying "julian made me" he will then give me a ps vita background. I donated a gift to enzo and told julian. many times i have messaged him and he has said i am not giving you the ps vita background or the refund. Yes it is only 10k vbuks but my main point is it is still a scam andhe may do this to other users aswell. so i dont trust him anymore so i do not want the ps vita background and would rather just the 10k vbuks. like is said its not realy about the vbuks but to get the point across. Julian also vm me and said something along the lines You're going to open a dispute over 9k vbux? Is it really worth the effort? lol. Well yes i took the effort.

We originally created a deal two weeks ago, but you delayed it to buy a matching avatar. I waited a few days to the point that 10 days had gone by so I assumed that everyone who wanted a custom PSN colour, had already got one. (I completed this service for several individuals.) I then started playing Uncharted Vita. By the time you contacted me (2 days later), I had already logged in several hours of progress on Uncharted. To do your custom PSN colour, I would have to either format my PS Vita so I lose all progress and do your custom colour, or wait to finish the game before doing your custom PSN colour, which was already stated when COD. contacted me 2 days ago. I decided since you made me wait, I would continue on playing Uncharted.
This means I cannot offer a custom PSN colour at this very second, but can in about 7-10 days. If you do not trust me, then do not trade with me, but no where did I state that refunds would be allotted for cancellation.
