Other comments: Ok, so, he offered to get me all titles and emblems on mw3 for the ps3 for 90$. 35$ to start and the rest at the end. I sent the 35$ to him, he told me the paypal was limited so i need to resend. I resent. He told me it was limited. He refunded me one of the payments ONLY 1. He then said to send the 35$ to his uncle's email so I did. That's 3 payments of 35$ and only 1 got refunded when 2 of them should have. He said he should be finished by the end of June YET HE LITERALLY HASN'T EVEN STARTED! The account was blank when I gave it to him and its been a month and it is only level 60 no prestige with literally nothing at all. He won't respond to my pm's/vm's even though he's been online. I want my 70$ back OR for him to actually start and finish the deal. Thanks.

All he said on Skype was he will be on next week..
He tells you on Skype he will be on next week? If he had access to Skype, then he had access to ngu. He didn't even tell you what was happening, why he wasn't on etc.

If you disagree il reverse the infraction, and you can play the waiting game. it's up to you.

he told me he couldn't go on skype cause he's on a mobile (cause he's apparently on a trip). I 100% do not agree with him, but I want to give him 1 more week. If he sees he's banned, he may just not care about the dispute anymore. If he's not banned he might try to resolve it. So, please give him 6 more days.

Is it possible to dispute on paypal if I sent it over a month ago and sent it as a gift? It was 70 dollars. And if he's known for these kind of things, why wasn't he banned from the auctions section??

I disputed one of the payments, but it won't let me dispute the other one cause I sent it as a gift. Hopefully I can at least get 35$ of it back.

the dispute was decided in my favor, I got half the money back.

Well at least something came out of this.
But there's nothing else we can do, so this is resolved.
