He verified my paypal and i forgot to change my password then i sold some things and got money on my paypal and a person named Mike W sent a payment from my account to his. he is the only one who has had my password and i havnt dowloaded anything for it to be a keylogger.
i also said i knew it was him because his gamertag was on his NGU Profile and it was Mikeee V1 but now he has changed it

He took $23 from my paypal account

He also deleted me off skype today

yes ok but how are you going to get the money back to me you will have to do something either ask your parents to give you the money and send me the money from a different paypal or do something else

i have now done the dispute in paypal so you dont have to unlimit it so paypal should reverse the payment
