First he said money would come 13th of April around lunchtime GMT, but never saw any of it.
Then he had been away 10 days because of work.
The 25th he told me he was going to pay me atleast half.

After this, not a word from him, even when he's been online and i've sent messages.

i took it in good faith that i could,then things went tits up,if i could i would,why would i take a ban ? id prefer to pay him back but im seriously having issues beyond my control,and i have attempted but can't,do what you must.no need to be a git about it.

I've been promised money several times now, not a single cent have been transferred my way. My guess is it's going to continue like this until one of us suddenly aint on NGU anymore.

This is what is going to happen.

T-Virus will be banned, and each member will be given communication details of eachother.
Once T-virus sends you the money, he will be unbanned.
T-virus has your PayPal so that is all that is needed by him.

As soon as any money is sent then either of you can contact me.
If you decide to not send any money you will remain banned.
