That chat happened on the 12th so within 2 days somebody has taken or tired to take the account. Which happens to be close to your old NGU username....smells fishy to me.
If you can log into xbox.com you can log into the same account on xbox can't you ?

No that's that basically truth it's two different things the website and on the console, I even told him that it was not working for me again and he never reply back on Skype and no I don't have no proof mate, plus why are you still trying to slove this disputed when this idiot got his account back I'm assuming by him recovering his email which lead to the conculsion that I have my own free will to change my username on ngu right anytime I want so that's not fishy that all...

Am trying to work out if this deal with ahead. So you never handed over the xploder account when the xbox account was not working ?
If the deal did not go ahead no point in having this open.

Sounds like a simple misunderstanding now i gotten to the bottom of the details.
