How did you purchase:
Platinum trophy for Cabela's North American Adventures.

How much?:
Sent $12 by paypal as a gift. Paid on July 22.

Did you;
- Buy

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes.
If yes, What did they say?:-
I sent multiple reminders via PM on July 24, July 29, and August 7. I have not received any response on any of those PMs. I also left a visitor message on his NGU profile on August 7.

7/24: Hi, I sent the money to your Paypal last week. When will you be able to complete the Cabela's NA Adv plat? Thanks.
7/29: Hey I paid you two weeks ago for Cabela's NA Adventures, and it is still not done? Can you please finish and sync as soon as possible? Again, the account info is: xxxx. Please respond. I don't want to have to open a dispute on NGU over this little thing. Thanks.
8/7: I need you to finish the Cabela's NA Adventure platinum IMMEDIATELY. I paid weeks ago and it is still not done. What's going on? You haven't responded to my multiple PM's. Please contact me. Thanks.

Other comments: I've done business with Hotshot before, and it's been smooth with no problems. I'm not trying to make a big deal of it, but I do need to have the platinum done in a timely fashion. I think that if he would at a minimum contact me by PM, we could resolve this dispute in a friendly manner.

The user hasn't been on since the 3rd. What would you like to do?

I'll continue to wait. One of his friends has initiated contact with me, saying that HotShot may be out of the country right now. I'll let you know if we can resolve the dispute.

What The Hell's Going On?
I did not agree to any deals with him. I have been working out of town for the past couple months. Although I have done many deals with him before, I did not tell him to send me any money on paypal. I have changed my NGU password, just in case someone did have it, I was told somebody was caught with their ip on my account.

Who else had access to your NGU account? So, you're saying the PM response I got from you on July 20th was written by someone else who had access to your account? Were they authorized to use your NGU account, or did someone break in?

What about the money that I sent by paypal? I sent $12 to [email protected]. Is that your Paypal, or someone else's?

Who told you that somebody was caught with their IP on your account?

Well let me give you an input into this:
Hotshot and greentea seem to be good buddies. You must login or register to view this content.
Both share a very similar name.

Now interestingly enough I told greentea that your IP was on his account so it makes him look like he has something to do with your account. Why else would your IPs match?
I said this Becuase I knew he would be in contact with you... And funnily enough, you come online after I say this to him.

I didn't say it the other way round therefore makes it even more suspicious of you having multiple accounts.
I said to him that your IP was on his account, not the other way around, so no one hacked your account.
I said this to Greentea in a PM, not you, so therefore why would you say that "someone told you" when clearly I didn't. So it looks like you are referring as Greentea to also be you.

Also That PayPal email is clearly yours, so again, your excuse doesn't work.

It seems like Wondah is introducing a question about whether HotShot is using multiple accounts. To be clear, I don't personally care if HotShot and GreenTea are the same guy or not. For the purposes of this dispute, I'm not interested in banning his account or accounts because of account sharing.

I've dealt with both HotShot and GreenTea multiple times before, and they've both been excellent and reputable. I think they are great contributors to the buy-and-sell forum.

I was just trying to figure out who I was PM'ing and who I had actually sent the money to. All I want is my platinum for Cabela's N/A Adventures completed, because I already paid $12 for it.

HotShot01ps3, you need to either refund gnat_ $12 or give him the platinum. Wondoh has shown enough proof that it was you.

Is this fine gnat_?
