When did this happen:
- Sent him the code on 8/2/12 7:46 pm (NGU Time).
- Contacted him again on 8/5/12 asking him to put up a picture of his Paypal history on NGU and he stopped responding.

How did you purchase:
- I sent him the code via PM and he was suppose to send me the payment via Paypal

If yes, What did they say?:-
- I kept asking him to double check that he actually sent the payment via Paypal and he kept saying "I have to go to work."
- I finally asked him to put up a picture of his Paypal history, and he stopped responding.

Other comments:
- I noticed there is also a user named "thebest12345". That might be his other account.
- Hunt down the bastard... I already told him that I'll see him in hell.

Honestly, I can't think of another way for you to send me the money, besides make a new Paypal.
You could always just give me a US $50 PSN code, but I'd rather take the $45 we originally agreed on.
