I'm thinking that you changed the pass and now can't remember the pass so opened this dispute to get the DOB/serial so sony can reset the pass for you.
Would that be correct?
If that is true it your fault for forgetting the password or not changing it after somebody did work on that account.
Should have checked before you did the deal that account came with all the info just in case.
I wait for your reply before i close this dispute. You had the account long enough and looks like your fault.

email and password was change after i got my stuff.......
only the real owner has access to the account weather or not i change password or email
i would request that this be close for the reason which and would not say and kid cudi know why.......... i would keep my video and leave this as it is...... i also pm kid cudi also and he know why i am closing it ... let just say the real owner is on the account and he told me wat happen to the account and from who CLOSE DISPUTE
