If yes, What did they say?:- I just sent the PM so he probably hasn't seen the PM, but seeing that this has happened before, I went ahead and opened the dispute

Other comments: After he verified, I wasn't able to send him the money because of a PayPal error, so I told him until the issue was resolved, I wouldn't change the pass so he had access to the account to make sure I wasn't scamming him. After I logged back in to my account to try to send the money, I see that he sent himself the $20 I owed him, and the rest of the $10 that was in the account. The account is also not verified now. So basically, he verified, took the money, unverified, and never even notified me that the problem was resolved. I would like to be reimbursed the entire $30 since the account is not verified.

Also he has been infracted for a strong yet failed attempt at scamming and the infraction resulted in a 5 day ban.
