i told him the last the he was online was yesterday at 11:00 am..... now i cant see when he was last online..so i dont know if he was online or not ... if he has change a setting so i cant see it

i bought the Account on 3 or 4 days ago....on monday i had problem sign into the xbox account i got a message saying
Your Xbox LIVE membership information isn't valid. Please use a profile that contains a valid membership or download your profile from Xbox LIVE

so i did the hold password reset thing and got it back. but i really did not take it on... since i am only a month new to xbox.... and tuesday the same message happen again. now when i enter the email it saying,invalid, i didnt change email since it said i had to wait 30 days.... so i change security into and password... but he still has alternative email since i need to wait 30 days also and he cant get the account back at anytime

i have open a dispute on paypal also and also call microsoft and explain what happen they say wait about 3 to 4 days for a email... also gave them his paypal email and the guy said that would be helpful since it might be link to his to the account still , cuz i never change it

After some Investigation he is a previous scammer called Brandon, who I banned a while back.
He tried to create an account a couple days ago, but got caught by the detector so it wouldn't let him fully register.
Also his email had I_love_brandy in it... Bit of a giveaway.
We try our best to stop scammers returning, but it is obviously not perfect.
The only thing we can do is refund the vbux.
The rest is up to you I afraid.

yes that his paypal name and skype name.. i taught i could deal with him cuz i bought a account from him before a while back ,with no problem, well i already open a dispute on paypal to get my money back and the rest is up to microsoft cuz i already made a report abt it to them... but let give it until sunday if not refund my vbux and banned him...... since i am 99% sure he not going to be signing into his ngu account ... but i would still do everything to get the account i paid for and i would keep you update

and yes i know you cant stop scammer that how life is and everybody want easy money

I was able to look up the case for you. I am sorry to say that the investigations team has found that there has been no fraud and the account has been released back to the owner. The case has been closed.
