Other comments: He gave me the account, and everything was fine. I logged in and changed the details. Then I went on and did the Prestige hack for his other account. I went to login on my new PSN account this morning and it seems like the password has been changed. So now he took back the PSN account and has the Prestige hack also.
And yes, I made the mistake of trade with someone under 100 posts. Rules are rules, and I disobeyed them

First off can i have some proof that you did not change the password on the account. The fact you traded a account that is not yours is worrying to start with and does not help the case against you.

So you gave me an account that wasn't actually yours? You gave it to me, we've established that. I changed the password and found it changed again in the morning. Even if it wasn't yours, I expect to be payed in some way.
