added a video it explains everything from the begining to the end

Have you contacted the scammer?:-yes
If yes, What did they say?:- he didnt reply he deleted me from skype and i sent him a pm he was online then he went offline
Other comments:i just want my money or my 50$ psn card back

i dont have the card as i did a service hack for all cods to 1 in ps3 ... i can ask him for pic of the code ... in the video i tried the code if its working or not n it worked but i didnt added it to the walet then when he deleted me i went to check if the code works n it said code already used i have everything recorded in the video ..im gonna upload it to media fire n send it here .. ill ask the guy who bought the code 4 the picture proof

He hasn't been on since. Most likely done a runner.
Want to wait or just ban him?
