Take note that the VAC STATUS on the account is IN GOOD STANDING.
It only has black ops so if it was banned it would have said something else.
Also on the account profile it would have said vac banned ? on it. (? for the number of times banned)

This kid may open a dispute on paypal with me but i'm not afraid since i'll most likely win it lol, i'm just opening a dispute on NGU so I don't get any bad reputation and I can keep on selling accounts on this website.

*Reason I am opening a dispute*
I am opening a dispute because this kid ignores me on skype, I pm'd him to get it settled by ourselves but I doubt it'll work out that way because I know for a fact that the account is 100% clean and UNBANNED.

I am the only owner of the account I literally played for a few days then quit and I never use hacks. The screenshot proves that when I sold the account it was NOT banned. So I would like action taken against mrhackerdude for "threatening" me to give him money.

The account was cheap but this kid is probably more of a cheapskate than anyone on here, instead of opening a paypal dispute he knew he won't win he "threatened" me on NGU to try and get his money back. He still has the account. It would be nice if something could be done here cause all my trades so far have been legit.

Also I provided another screenshot, why would he spend 30 minutes playing multiplayer today if the account was vac banned? He had many hours to contact me and tell me the account was banned before playing.

Instead he played for 30 minutes ONLINE which means he was in a game, which is MORE enough time for him to hack and get banned on multiplayer if he used stupid vac-detected hacks.

So instead of contacting me immediately while I was still online on skype with him, why would he wait and pm me hours later saying he wants his money back?

I would like any action to be taken against him, I know for a fact the account I sold him was legit, it barely has any hours cause I didn't like the game and I purchased it for 5x dollars ages ago.

If he can provide 100% proof that the acc was vac'd before he touched it I will refund him on the spot, but for now all this information i'm posting leads me to believe that either he tried hacking in it and got banned or is just trying to screw me over...
