I'd rather you contacted each other in this thread, I need to know what's going on..
How do you want to continue? This is the 2nd time he's failed to fulfill his end of the deal. Would you be happy with a refund?
iI will accept a refund, as i have the option of this or nothing, but i will not say i am happy. But as the seller has stated he is too busy (see quote below), shouldn't all his shops be closed as him not fulfilling the deal is a breach of the rules:

Breaking a deal [Updated 8/15/11] Breaking a deal while one of the two(or more) parts have spent time or money is not allowed.
If you spend time on a platinum and then suddenly the original buyer cancel the deal, will be an act against the rules from the buyer's side.
These situations vary all the time, so in a dispute it would be up to the moderator in charge to judge if this rule have been broken.
Before the user(s) starts to work on the trophies, both parts of the trade needs to approve the deal.

How do you want to proceed? He has been on since it was sent, we can give him more time or just end it now. As I think he's been given enough chances.
honestly, you can proceed as you feel fit mate.
i have sat and waited for this to be sorted and the guy was given a week to sort it, he could have contacted me in the thread within that time to offer a refund and have it sorted asap, but i guess he just doesn't have the money or time to continue.
i guess i know where this is going and dont like to see good sellers who make mistakes get banned, but this guy has had enough chances to rectify it.
