Other comments: The reason I'm opening a dispute is because he did get me 15k & 5k for my twitter accounts but I keep losing the followers that he said the followers will stick & will not unfollow and these followers are bots, my main acc has 4k & my 2nd account has 9k. & whatever I message him on skype he will say he's going to get you the followers but he won't I will have to wait like 30 mins then ask him again.

No, I can't give him any followers, because Twitter changed their coding and I don't have anything to give followers with.
