Other comments: I followed all rules of ngu rules with accounts. The account got banned and reset and i warned him about it and he continued to buy the account. As Ownage posted "With the increasing amount of disputes over people buying accounts and them being reset for boosting, hacking, etc. this states that any seller that sells a CoD account, etc. will not be liable if the account is reset. Reason being is sometimes the reset is out of anyones hands, that does not make the OP/seller a scammer. So buyers beware, if you buy an account and it ends up being reset, do not fill out a scam/dispute, as the seller is no longer liable for the account if it is reset,banned or otherwise unplayable after it is in your hands.
