What is the item that was bought/sold/traded?
On January 19th, 2013, Fuser sent an $100.00 payment to my PayPal for my PlayStation 3 149GB. Below this in the "proof section, I'll provide the necessary evidences that is necessary. That'll include PayPal transcation payment, detailed payment, dispute, files I have uploaded in the dispute, and all of our conversation we had one-on-one.

Proof: PayPal Payment: You must login or register to view this content. || PayPal Payment Detailed: You must login or register to view this content. || Now proof my PayPal is in negative balance due to reversal that PayPal favor in his case: You must login or register to view this content. || Proof I provided Shipping Tracking for Fuser as I sent him a pic: You must login or register to view this content. || Proof of acceptance of shipping by USPS: You must login or register to view this content.

When did this happen:

How did you purchase: N/A

How much?
: Fuser purchase my PlayStation 3 for $100

Did you;
- Buy?
- Sell?
- Trade?

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes.
If yes, What did they say?:- The individual had said someone dispute on his e-whore PayPal, which resulted his main PayPal to file a dispute against mine.

Other comments: However, due to to his response, I have exhausted all research to come to in conclusion thinking maybe he used a VCC to his PayPal, and that why PayPal filed a dispute. PayPal will flagged your account (his e-whore) if you use VCC, but only to that PayPal and limit it. Never once it stated it will file a dispute against all of its transaction, on the person's account. Fuser contacted me earlier, long ago about the PayPal issue. Our conversation: You must login or register to view this content. || You must login or register to view this content. || You must login or register to view this content.
Proof of conversation about this issue: Note this, I've discussed the issue about the VCC he used on PayPal. Information I've provided doesn't in fact indicate that if he used a VCC and they flag his account, then limit will file a dispute on every single transaction he makes on his e-whore account: *You must login or register to view this content. || His Response: You must login or register to view this content. || My response in return: You must login or register to view this content. || Then provided further info: You must login or register to view this content. .. Now, I don't know if Fuser won the dispute by this method, but there is a method on HF & another forum that helps you win dispute whether or not you are the victim or scammer. I'll provide the source to the moderator who in charge of this dispute. I have two demands coming out of this dispute, is to be refunded and the user can keep his item he purchase from me. If failure to comply, then the item must be returned back to in condition as it was sent to him. It was in great condition. Any damaged applied by the user must be compensated. Due to the lack of smooth transaction, I'm not suppose to be responsible for the shipping. Thank you, and hope this matter will be resolved ASAP!

I told you what happened to my Paypal. They got limited and all the payments I sent were disputed. I will. Heck my Paypal right now to see if anything has happened. I can most likely get the 100$ back by ewhoring again. I will be doing that. I did send the payment as a gift. So there's no way of my disputing. I will begin to ewhore again to get the money. Just give me some time please. Thank you

Honestly Fuser, I have been fairly reasonable with you. If you can't refund me $100, then best case scenario to resolve this matter is to return the Ps3 in the condition I've given you. If you're going refund me by e-whoring, make sure you don't repeat the same mistake you made previously.
