When did this happen:

I bought him Elite on 01-24-13 (Thursday).

How did you purchase:

Payment made through PayPal.

How much?:

A month of Elite ($3.99).

Did you;

I bought him Elite. He promised to pay back full amount.

Have you contacted the scammer?:-
If yes, What did they say?:-

I have him added on Skype and he said he will pay me back the next day. He keeps coming up with excuses and pushes the payment day further.

Other comments:

NGU Staff, since I bought Elite can I please get either a refund or have the one month subscription transferred over to my account? Who knows? He might of scammed me for Elite so he can leak it to friends/other social websites/etc.

I purchased a visa card two days ago to use for Paypal but it didn't work so I told him I would pay him asap. He was aware of what occurred.

Can we have proof of this in the Skype chat or where ever you told him this?

I have a lot of proof, I can provide to you.

He says if he doesn't return the money I can move forward with the report. He said that on Monday, please not that today is Thursday and he said (on Monday) he will pay me tomorrow (which would be Tuesday). I still have not receive a payment. Also, he raised the payment from $4 to $10 (as stated in the messages above). If this isn't enough proof for you (I think it's plenty) I can try to provide more.
