what he did : he posted up a thread on this site saying that he could do back ups for free (obviously not allowed anymore ) so i added him on skype to verify that he was legit so i sent him everything he needed and he said he was uploading to mediafire so about 2 min away from the file being uploaded he deleted and bloked me on skype and am no afraid he will sell on my id and get my console banned

what i want done : for him to be banned if this site as he is a out right scammer

What did i scam? I took nothing from you and haven't even done a deal for a long time. Please let me know if someone is impersanating me or what happened because i have done nothing wrong.

they most of because either you or someone else has said they will do me a back up and you when they said it was done they deleted me off skype ?

If i would scam why would i be trying to defend myself now? I can do back-ups but i don't because it is against the rules. Im not on skype atm but will be on soon.

So you do not know who exactly scammed you? Like I said, please provide some evidence of this so that proper action can be taken. There is no proof for me to base anything off of. I'd appreciate some evidence.

Like I said, I am going to need proof that this is the person who you traded with. You have not posted any proof of trading with this user at all so far. You mentioned previously that you did not know who you actually traded with, I am going to need proof before we can peruse this any further.

Its not even that i bought anything from him thats why i dont really feel like posting up proof or going to the bother i only posted this up because i was worried he would sell my id :|
