Proof: Not sure what proof I need, he's the one who scammed me.


When did this happen: November


How did you purchase: Paypal


How much?: $100

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes.
If yes, What did they say?:- He said he would refund me, but 3 months later, nothing. I sent him a PM 72 hours ago, but he hasn't been on since I sent him the message.

Why would you wait 3 months to make a dispute?

1st payment to him: You must login or register to view this content.
2nd payment to his uncle: You must login or register to view this content.

Well, after a month, he messaged me saying his uncle died the moment he was sending my copy, and he said he would refund me. Well, I waited a month and he never replied to my PM's anymore.

He is ignoring the dispute, I suggest contacting paypal.

I tried, but Paypal says I can't file a dispute if it's sent as a gift. :/
