If yes, What did they say?:-That he bought the player, But i can show you the player i put up didnt sell.

Other comments: Seems to be using different skype accounts, He also doesnt reply on skype or on here, He does provide some proof he sent it but it must be photoshopped or something. If you need any other proof il try and get it. He seemed like a nice guy, But obviously played me. Ban this scammer.

and wondoh in all fairness why would i agree to send him money by gift if i planned on "scamming" him. I dont understand why this is all being turned back on me. Either he bought the wrong player or somehow i didnt receive the coins because of a problem on EA's side ( seen some threads about people getting coins by accident and not receiving coins) But in all honesty to go through all this trouble of me "scamming" for 11.50 is ridiculous.

Well this has been the most interesting and toughest dispute I've had to handle, however I've come to my conclusion...

What I'm going with is Stejzz being at fault for this happening, as much as it is a coincidence of you buying the same player, it wouldn't be worth it just for 100k coins.
Throughout this whole dispute Stejzz has been acting suspiciously.. "why isn't he banned yet?!" seems like you are too eager for him to be gone then to settle this. You bought his user title into it, trying to find anything you can to try to shift the blame onto him. The fact you wanted him to type that "he had recieved his virtual goods" in the payment description, before you even bought the player. You claim you sold everything, and then when I called you out, you magically still had the player.
Even after he told you the player wasn't sold, you ignored him.

All these add up to me believing you are the one at fault for this.

Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm right, I'm making a decision based on what I have seen, and what I feel is right.

Its clear one of you is lying, or maybe it's a problem on EA's end, either way this dispute won't end unless a decision is made.

So here it comes...

Stejzz is to refund the money to Keith, and then that will be it, you both go your separate ways.
If Keith was telling the truth then he gets his money back and all is square, if Stejzz was telling the truth he just loses 100k of Virtual coins.

Refusal to refund will just add evidence against you.

This is the decision I'm making.

It hasn't been easy, but it had to be done.

Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong, maybe one of you is going to get away with it, or maybe I've caught you out.

Either way my decision is final.

He already attempted to scam me by making this dispute, I know I could sit her and write six pages of me explaining it, but that wouldn't help, i'll do it in short words, and why do you think I have been pushing anger towards this? A guy bloody scammed me? Well tried to get me banned from my favorite forum, if somebody made a fake dispute against you Wondoh, you wouldn't have been going mad? Don't tell me you wouldn't, I don't get how you can make a decision on me losing real life money, we both apparently have provided proof, you don't yourself hear it kinda fishy there was two players up, same CLUB NAME?! at almost same time, and I asked if it was his CLUB NAME, and he said, yes, so I bought the player, a few days later, I see this dispute against me, you wouldn't have wanted to see how mad I got, I literally was pissed the rest of the day..
I don't think it's cool that you automatically push it against me that I scammed, because I showed anger, it should be me who would be the most legit guy here for being mad on a fake dispute, this guy is acting all calm, don't you see that kinda fishy? I can't believe this, i'm sorry, but I won't refund this guy and lose money, never ever happening.

All You lose is 100k of virtual coins.
