If yes, What did they say?: He just keeps on saying wait It's an issue with PayPal, he said he would call them, now he is giving me no reponse, but obviously he has time too change his name

Other comments: Some other people in this section have also been scammed by him. I just hate how trusted people just randomly start scamming. He told me to see his vouches he had a lot so I trusted him plus he had been here for almost 3 years.
