After you call in, they blacklist your address and information since they automatically know you are SEing. ( you would still get the tv and everything though, blacklisting the info would just prevent you from trying for a second one)
Basically meaning its one try per house, unless he wants to get billed $900, nothing sony related should be done to his address anymore.

You were selling "your services" to get the TV, as far as the buyer was aware, all they had to do was pay you, and you did the rest.
You weren't selling a method, you were selling your service, so why did the buyer have to ring?
You were selling the TV's which the buyer did not receive, therefore as I've been saying, you are at fault.
