Other comments: This really isn't a dispute but more of a he is really taking his time. If he does not respond by Monday I will change this to a dispute and/or get a refund.

All that's left to do is ban him and see how the paypal dispute pans out.

Just got the email from paypal. Full refund and it will take 3-5 days for it to show up.

on second thought I just checked his twitter.
He posted on the 18th that his computer has been gone for 2 weeks.
How about we just leave the scammer tag on him and see if he returns. Maybe if he returns he will explain himself and maybe just maybe he will actually have the psn cards. Of course he will have to go first this time.
