How did you purchase: We agreed on a Mass Effect platinum deal.

How much?: 90 USD

I paypal him 90 USD on 13 January 2013 for a Mass Effect platinum deal. Around 2 weeks ago, he said he couldn't finish the deal and offered a refund or other platinums. I told him there are no other platinums I want so I would like a refund instead.

He said I will receive the refund by last Friday (8 March 2013). I have sent him a few messages but no response yet. I decided to give him a week. Since today it's been a week and I haven't receive my refund nor any response from him yet, I decided to open a dispute. I hope this can be resolved soon. Thanks.

It is fine Cpl_Ghost, I would probably act in the same manner as you in your situation so I understand but I have been on this website for years and never have a scammed anyone that just isn't me.
