Have you contacted the scammer?:- If yes, What did they say?:- he didn't change the pass and id
Other comments: i made the account and didn't give anyone the password and email only him and he fixed the account so i give him 30$ as a gift and the next day i get e-mail from apple that my apple id was changed and password

If you shared the account with someone else after UAE purchased the account that is not right, effectively that could lead to scamming. But I take it UAE now has the account back in his possession?

No I shared this account back when I made it he the one who does the ps vita colors but I guess he got it back so can someone close this?

if you did way didn't i get e-mail that's because it was downloaded after the account e-mail was changed

No we can not close this as UAE has been scammed! He paid for this account and now has no account, and lost money!

I bought 3songs from the Soundtrack and that was Carrion from Tranzit We All fall down from Die Rise & the one from Mob of the Dead lol but that it from the soundtrack

he said since I tried I can used up to $30 on the account and I did according to the pics he provided & that all I did. plus he said it him self "and he fixed the account so i give him 30$ as a gift" which meant he said I could used $30 off the account.
