Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes and he never responds even though he's on skype
If yes, What did they say?:- Noting doesn't respond
Other comments:i know 6.47 $ isn't a lot but i've been waiting for a really long time and he said that he'd do it but he still hasn't

Failing to complete his account you get a Convicted Scammer userbar along with auctions permissions removed for good. A scamming infraction which gives you a temporary site ban.
No more waiting around if you can't do the service refund him. 48 hours from when this is posted.
