He said ok to my request to mod the save a specific way which I am including a copy of the pm. I sent him the $20 paypal and then he said he did not get it later that day then again that next morning then I said well if you did not get it I can reverse it and get you a psn card. I asked him to send the $20 paypal back before the PSN card but he said he didnt have it *yet* so I gave him the card code anyway.
A couple of days went by he said modded the save and he said it would get banned, ok whatever. I asked if there was a way it could get on the game past the auto game ban, he said he'd ask a friend. Later he said he found a friend that could do it but he would need more money which was an amount we did not agree to yet and would not give me an email to send it to anyway.

He said he would need to screen share to refund my $20 on paypal. Ok so whatever I had a limit and I knew I could get it reversed from paypal if he scammed me so I tried. I have never used a screen share before but the result was he charged $70 from my brothers card/sent to him without telling me that he was sending money to himself or anyone. He refunded the "$20" from his paypal that I sent first through paypal before I gave him the psn card "instead" for whatever reason after scamming me. So he needed my info to steal $70 of MY money before he could refund $20? made no sense at all but I had paypal guarantees so if I can catch a scammer might as well.
He's saying he won't send the bannable save because he has a negative paypal because of his own fault, I did not reverse any money that was not mine to begin with so he overspent somewhere that was not my fault. Either way it was all shady and even though I do not have proof of the psn card I gave to him I do have proof of the $70 he tried to scam me through screen share on paypal which should be convincing enough.
We agreed to $20 which he already got in a psn card and I have no reason to set someone up as a scammer so here is the pm of deal and activity history of where he sent $70 to himself through screen share. Idc if anyone says you're an idiot for screen sharing,etc,etc w/e this is about a dishonest person trying to scam through whatever means and I would not have done it if paypal did not have a reputation for protecting their customers. If he says he did not get the $20 psn he is lying and if he says we agreed to anything over $20 yet he is lying. Deal with this guy at your own discretion but don't say I seriously warned you.

The agreement for the deal took place over NGU then we continued talking over PSN. We agreed to 20. Unfortunately I don't remember to keep all important psn messages but I will from now. If Uchiha wants to deny he had me enter my paypal info to "help" refund me the "20" then whatever, I only did it because paypal would help protect me like I said. You know you got the psn card so ive stated all I needed to say. Dishonest people do deserve to get rep-.

1. Finish the service and take the PSN card as payment. Scammer bar for free and an infraction which means a temporary ban
2. Finish the service , say you tried to scam this kit out of $70. Take an infraction for scamming get a shiny scammer bar also a temporary ban.
3. Site ban for scamming over a PSN card
4. Refund and scamming infraction comes with a scammer bar shiny temporary ban on top.
5. Drag this on and get site banned over a PSN card.

I don't fancy letting this carry on to a 3 page without a end in sight. Giving you 48 hours to decide what option and carry it out. Failure to reply to this dispute in this time frame results in me picking a option. And your auctions permissions are going to be removed if you fail to complete the service.
