This is his extreme plan to make money on PayPal!

He asks for 6$ and never does it, then I opened a dispute and he said 'no' cancel the dispute I'll do it for you, then I cancel and he doesn't do it and now has earned the 6$ by stealing. I can't re-open the dispute on paypal so for this reason he should be banned for scamming more than one person. He's not going to solve this dispute one on one because he's blocked me on Skype! :'(
