Other comments: Never received either, and its nearly been a month. ive posted twice on two threads he made, and no reply, or response. ide just like my money back, no harm intended.

I'm not interested in elite. I bought elite back when it first came out and paid for a 1 year subscription and got elite founder on this site, so keeping upto date with that is not on my mind always.

So I'd like my money back so I can refund the user. I have not become elite yet and therefore have not used the service at all. Therefore I should be allowed a refund.

It's your fault that you didn't cancel the subscription after buying Elite for 1 year so a refund is 100% impossible for this issue. You can either get the Elite that you automatically paid for or stay how you are.

I think I should be entitled to a refund as the date the payment was sent was 21/07/13 and its now 15/08/13 and I'm still not elite therefore a refund should be possible.

It will not happen since it was your mistake of not showing us this happened and it's your mistake of not canceling the subscription. If you had notified us back then, we would have done the same.

You have 48 hours to provide him with a refund before action is taken against your account.
No refund is possible due to delaying getting hold of the admin team.

ahem payment was made on 21st of july and i contacted numerous staff members on the 23rd of july. Thats not a long time.

Even linked a thread which was made on the 22th, telling you other ways to tell us about this issue. From my knowledge the Admins no had an email from you. If money is so tight I would have been pretty loud about this issue posting in forum help even that thread, along with spamming the mods the best way to get hold of the Admins.
