I gave him a valid 20$ PSN Card that he said he would do and I showed him proof it works before I sent on a US account.
He said its all good and gives me the PSN details for the £100 account and turn out invalid! (scam)

He woulda said paypal the second time but he says PSN card this time on his 'MADEUP' because he knows that I won't be able to get him back by him pretending to be Harry on NGU so he can get the blame but i clearly know its him as he said last time you get this much inside the wallet on NGU but lies and makes the buyer go first. Has proof of a picture that can be from someone elses service, but no proof when i tell him too call me as its a 'lie' (fraud) :

Its SneakyJew who said to my brother last time the same trade for an account with 150$ last time, now £100 and he scammed him but gave him the 30$ back through PayPal.
This time its a PSN card that he scammed me with that was 20$!!

Your clearly a 'scammer' the state and country is same for both skypes with the same linked conversations of PSN wallet with 100+ and at the end is a scam when purchased. YES its clearly you as they're both from the same STATE, COUNTRY, TOPIC, make new BS yourself and now expects to get a way with it! Sadly we can't take action for scamming , I do have reason to be believe Jew has scammed you.
This due to the deal taking place off site however.
After some review we have decided the best course of action is an infraction for 'Impersonating a member of staff'
This was a staff wide decision to show we won't tolerant this sort of behaviour.
