If yes, What did they say?:- He said my account was the problem, even though he is the only person to attempt to mod it, and continued to say that he would finish providing the service.

Other comments: I requested level 120 with 1.2 billion dollars and he has only gotten me 50 milliion with a rank of negative 2 thousand and something (or something crazy like that). At this point I would just like my money back so I can get the service done by someone who knows what they're doing.

He has 48 hours to reply to this thread I have sent him a message.

Woah Woah Woah here... whats going on?

Hello Resist, i am quite confused on whats going on here, yesterday there was something that happen unknown and made his rank - which was beyond me, i did give him the money and i told him that next time i will take a picture, he keeps saying he only got 50 million, so i offered to re-do it all for him if he makes a new character i have the messages i will provide if needed, i will do his rank and money right now for his new character as we speak.
i will comment back when done, i think this was a misunderstanding, and i think this buyer is taking advantage of the options that where given to him, and i have replied to him yesterday, i have a high volume of customers so not everyone gets done in 1 day, i apologize for any inconvenience

I bug one of the admins to review all the PMs.

As of now you do not need to go through the trouble. FallenSoldier has stated that he will complete the request once the GTA servers are running smoothly.
