If yes, What did they say?: on 2nd November he said he will do it later at night. next day he still dident do it and said ''i can do it later on today because i was visiting an friend''. a few hours later i messaged him asking for a refund and he said ''yh ik il send ur refund''. no reply after that untill yesterday when i messaged him on NGU saying if i don't get a refund il post a dispute, he replied ''wow i was gonna do it bro be patient'' and dident get a reply after that at all even thought i messaged him a couple of times.
