So I've basically Purchased it, and then I messaged him and it some time to answer so he finally responded saying he wont give me it but I send him 5.00$.

Also, I just conctacted PayPal and I talked to him and Bryan G ( PP Head Support ) Said that it's a part of their TOS NOT to share any private Information ( First + last name in this Case ) . He told me to give you 24 hours before they will look into Legal Issues and possibly deactivate the account . Not only you are a scammer for coins, you're also a retard. Simply ask you to remove the Image which contains sensitive information, 24 hours.
