I contacted the accused scammer, sadly he hasn't been active in 2 days I'm not sure if he's going to come back. I will be watching him.

Well, thats kind of standard procedure when your dealing with teenagers as most are on gaming sites because it's so easy to simply chargeback on goods and services and you win every time basically. But his paypal was unverified so he couldn't receive goods and services.

It's not going to happen, he will likely never get back online and the only way possible is to contact paypal via phone and lie about it being an unauthorized payment and it's not worth getting caught possibly and getting my paypal limited or money locked or whatever.
TLDR: I'm fucked.

The user wasn't active in 6 days... I know what he's doing, will wait close this and on 11th June when I come back from my trip if he didn't come online actions will be taken.

Ban him I guess, he messaged me about a week ago saying he was sorry and he was going to refund me and send me the vita free of charge as an apology, I haven't gotten a refund or a vita or a message since. Is there anyway that you could ban him with like my Skype in the reason so he will receive an email and if he decides he wants to refund me or send the vita or whatever he can get unbanned. My Skype is TNDGrumpy if you want to do that. But as of now I guess just ban him.
