I had bought their RPC Tool for GTA 5. I told them day 1 that it didn't work and they gave me some solutions. I was still lagging after those. I then kept asking and I asked for a refund. They then began to blame it on my internet and how my PC was slow, when actually my PC is a 6.8 Windows Rating! They then put me in contact with another guy and it took him hours to respond. Once he did he also tried to help me. He offered a refund. I accepted his offer. He never responded!!!!!!! I came and contact W/ beach and Welsh again THEY NEVER RESPONDED!
