Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes, multiple times.
If yes, What did they say?:- Always has an excuse to why he couldn't redo the accounts, now he can't redo them because of the update.

Other comments:

Paid for service with one week warranty (great service I must admit) but accounts got reset, messaged him he re did the account. Got reset hours later, messaged him to redo the account and he said 1 hour, he never did it. Messaged him the next day, he didn't respond. Now there is a new 1.04 update and he CAN'T redo my account that I have been waiting 3 days for him to redo. I would just like a refund.

You are a member since 2009, so you know for sure, that the games have Updates, so in this time its not possible to do the service , maybe in next hours or day...
Btw you buy my service on 1.03 Update and i give you 1 week warranty if you get reset i will do the service again, i re-do the service and you want a 3rd time to do the service Happy
You all know sometimes the Stats/Prestige dont Stick so if you buy its because you want... I loose my time with you saying i will re-do on this UPDATE for free but you want the money?
From me you will get nothing, dispute on NGU and PAYPAL if you want...
Dont make me loose my time with kids...

It's not about the game having a update I realize that. Its about you not responding 3 days about redoing the account. You could of re done the account in those 3 days, but you waited so long now that you can't because of the update. You re did one account, one time. And quit responding after that when I bought a one week warranty. As of now you CAN'T redo it on this update, so that's why I am asking for a refund. You could of redone it on the last update, but didn't as you kept giving me excuses.

I have 70 clients, so dont expect to be the center of the world...
I did the service and re-do it one time, so what you want?
And i said to you i will re-do it again for FREE, and you open a dispute?
So,good luck to you on this, i wont reply until a Moderator decide what happen on this...

I am not expecting the world, all I am expecting is what you agreed to. You didn't even respond to me until today, when I threatened to open a dispute. Could of redone my account in the 3 days prior to the update, but you didn't. 70 clients or not, your running a service. If you can't handle it, then don't open a service. Not responding for 3 days when you said you would do it in 1 hour, and now you can't do it because of update is unacceptable.

I would like a refund, since he can not currently do the service I have bought because of the update 1.04. And I have waited long enough for him to do my account.

I will not refund for a service i have done...
I done the account and Re-do it again 3 days ago, thats what my service was...He want a 3rd time to do the account, that its not possible for now but i will make that for free.
You can close my thread if you want...but a refund i will not do it. Period.

He refuses to refund me, and can't redo the account. And when he could redo the account, he did once and quit responding to me after that for 3 days, until today. I still just want a refund.
