I agree with you on the fact that you will be supplying what the user paid for and this dispute does not add extras to that, but you are in the wrong here by spending the persons money before completing the service so be polite about it, when will you have the account done.

Enough is enough. I have had it with this schmuck. He has promised me 1100 Proper english platinums. I have 56 plats already with his service I should be getting minimum of 1156.
