Psychedelic, if there was a refund processed, it would appear on your account and you would lose your money that he sent you, that's pretty obvious. Show that there has been a refund along with transaction ID through your recent payments on PayPal.

sambuck, if you have evidence of PayPal saying that Psychedelic has the money, show me it.

Both of you, I need screenshots or some sort of evidence in order to continue. If I can't receive evidence from either of you I would have to close this dispute. Also, if there is more evidence that proves in favour of one side then that will be the direction this dispute will go, so make sure both of you can prove your claims.

He put a dispute on the money after the first 10 mins of so of sending it because I couldn't see it in my account so he was pretty chill with that and just said that he would re send it once the dispute had gone through, but instead he just refunded it via customer service. There is no logs that shows the money has been taken out because like I stated earlier, the money never came through. Also, like I stated in a previous post, he knows this. I showed him and offered to show him by giving my account to him but he just said no don't worry as he would call customer service to refund the money, in which he did. He knows that he's refunded everything and is now trying to get me banned as he thinks I was lying (even though he got his money back and things are as they were before we started talking.) I have shown him proof.

The way I see it, Psychedelic, if there's no proof then there's nothing to support your argument. Either you try to contact PayPal and give me some sort of evidence, or provide the aimbot SPRX or whatever was agreed on to sambuck.

This is just annoying as fuck as he had no reason to start this dispute in the first place as it had already been resolved prior with him refunding the money, I will not contact paypal as they take ages to reply just for one message (I contacted them a week ago asking for assistance on something (irrelevant) and they still haven't contacted me back.) and frankly this shouldn't be an issue anymore as he has already refunded the money before he even made this dispute. I will get banned either way, what he wants as he didn't get it his way, as it will take too long for paypal to respond and you will think that I am just ignoring the situation.

You have as long as you want to contact PayPal as long as I have evidence of this happening. You need to understand that you have no proof on your side, and you need to get some in order to stand a chance. I cannot go along with just a few words and no evidence. You don't even have proof of the account showing a refund on the transaction which I know for a fact PayPal will show. I have dealt with PayPal transactions many times, I have done disputes on here for a while now.

Contact PayPal and show me evidence of contact, or give him the SPRX. Your choice.
