this guy ripped me off. he is a fake and does not come through when he says he will make a tool for you. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!!!. he said he would make a tool for me and i gave him the amount we discussed after he said he was finished but then did not deliver the tool as discussed. i have all the pms in my file to prove what he said he would do and i have a pic of the receipt of day of purchase for the psn card. he contacted me a week ago and said he would make me a tool for battlefield bad company 2 from a discussion i started on that subject. so i waited and then sat 4/16/2016 he emailed me and said he was done. once he had the code he would send me the link for the tool. i gave him the psn then he mailed me back saying i must have got a bad card because it was invalid. so i called sony and they said it was activated at 6:09 pm and he sent me a pm stating it was invalid at 6:13 pm. you do the math!!!

I need you to provide proof of the tool via screenshots or video within 24 hours, or 48 hours if you have not been online to see this message. You need to prove to me that you had the tool ready when you were discussing the trade with dbailey78 as you have stated you were finished with it in your private messages. Failure to do so a proper explanation suggests to me that your intentions were not as they seemed.

i dont care about this messeges , because this guy manical mad man first want buy rtm bases and than not ,i lose two weeks to make all bases ,and dbailey78 want tool but dont want send right code , my advice for you two is pay and get tools ,or play legit.

and if they ban me ,because you two suckers dont know how to make tools,and want scam me , i will still be on this forum loooool

I asked you to provide proof to defend yourself, and now you're avoiding the point? I'm not asking you to give him the tool as of yet, I'm simply asking you to submit some evidence. Also, you should care about his messages. At least his messages show part of the story or issue here for me to judge. I have had nothing from you yet, and your advice is no use to this dispute. The only thing I see right now is dbailey78's point of view and all it suggests to right now is that you have potentially scammed him.

This is my last message on this thread.

Seeing as you're unwilling to cooperate, I don't think there's need to continue with this dispute. I clearly stated that not only did I want proof of the tool, I wanted proof that it was working that would take a while to fake. That's also why I gave you 24 hours. Maybe if you read what I have said carefully instead of just jumping into conclusions, then maybe you would have easily saved yourself here.

User banned for failing to comply, dispute closed.
Sorry I can't help you much here, but this is the best I can do. This will prevent the user from scamming in the future.
