(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi . I bought save wizard from their web 10 days ago and I have not receive the serial key yet. Is it normal? I subbmited this form (You must login or register to view this content.) two or three times and send them a message telling that I have not receive it, but no one answered. Is it normal?

Did you check the email were you paid with?

Did you check the email were you paid with?

yes, and there is no serial key. I checked also the spam folder and nothing.

I used a gmail email adress as they say it is better when completing the form, but I have not receive there either.

I used a gmail email adress as they say it is better when completing the form, but I have not receive there either.

And the money is taken from your paypal account?

This type of thing happen to me a while back...

Check PayPal to see which email is your primary, because for me, the serial key ended up in a diff email

This type of thing happen to me a while back...

Check PayPal to see which email is your primary, because for me, the serial key ended up in a diff email

I only have one paypal email . I didn´t know I could have more than one .
