Try starting the game offline and when you get to to multiplayer menu sign in and wait 10 seconds before you go online

I do that all the time It says the servers are down But there not i went on mt ofw ps3 It worked fine

Heres what Happens It boots to multiplayer Using SALTYCRACKAS Eboot And.self I try to sign in It works i wait 10 seconds Press play onlone It says could not connect to bo2 servers Then I try again It connects But i ca only do tdm It wont connect To any other servers and i am only connecting to 1 server in bo2
