I Killed All The Enamies in that place but side mission not showing so i want someone do this trophy for me with my savedata or starting new game

One thing you might want to try is to kill the enemies completely. I was having the same problem you are having but in a different area. To ensure that the "?" for the quest comes up, all enemies have to be dead, meaning the R1 prompt (ie. Pulse Heal, Bio Leech, Arc Restrain) should not be available. Hope that helps.
