I would also request offline and DLC, but my save is Canadian region locked. If DLC can be done easily from scratch (without prior save), then I'll take that too. I'm around 50% synchronization if there is anyone from Canada available.

Just so you know, your original game save is needed to 100% ACB. One of the DLC trophies is you have main game+DLC 100% synchronised (which is a terrible as **** trophy for DLC). So without your save it means the entire main game needs to be redone just for one trophy (and a silver trophy at that, ****s). Someone from the US should be able to do it for you, not just Canada.
