It's a really basic userscript. Press arrow up, to edit your last shout - and DEL/DELETE to delete your last shout.

Or simply ban the users doing it, instead of ruining it for everyone else. It was only two or three people did it, ruining it now for over a million Sounds pretty ridiculous..

I agree with Octolus on this one. Don't ruin the experience for everyone else when there's only a small group of people abusing something, just ban them.
