Could you be a little more specific?

If you're asking suggestions specifically for features or styling I don't know but I will give suggestions for features.

A control panel would be nice which is only accessible by administrators. This would include upload functionality and displaying news to the users. I don't know whether this is a relevant suggestion considering the lack of information.

nah im doing it with javascript so it loads the chat every 5 secs, and send the message.

Make sure it's not vulnerable.
