yes there is a gamesave on another website that does give you prestige (but im not gonna link because of advertise reasons...)

Can you get banned from Live for using these mods?

I've been in modded lobbys, but sometimes it takes a while to get in one. First you have to find a modder who will actually play with you. Usually when they see you aren't a modder they just quit. So I would be able to make my own modded lobbys.
