I Believe it Is not as 1.07 Patches are Coded in .GSC (Game Script)
+ CFG isn't and if It Was Possible too Convert People Would Have Already Done It.

As WCL said, there are certain things that go beyond its limits. For example, models. Because they are GSC files, it can be used but, a cfg wouldn't be able to. Sorry for the bad news... Crying
