I have the disc version, i am on a slim ps3 with 4.78 d rex cfw. the game will load up if i delete the update data through game data utility, but im trying to get a zombies patch. so i update it then it starts to do that black screen thing. if anyone can help me out with fixing this please reply. And YES I DID GOOGLE IT FIRST! I couldnt find anything helpful.

You can use a debug eboot that loads mp and then just switch to zombies or there are some debug settings you can change that will make it load normally and not freeze (I believe you change boot mode to release mode)

I solved: i have BLES00404 version and rebug 4.78 in full dex mode. First of all - fix permissions, but that's doesn't work for me. Game boots fine in cex but freezes in dex. After that i made debug eboot and game boots fine with them.
