In my man cave
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); how do i add functions to a menu with out getting a error
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

Depends what base you are using, who's patch are you editing???

Easiest way is to just copy the way the other functions are done

Just add something like
    menu.name="name";

menu.function=maps/mp::Function;

Whatever the patch you're editing uses for menu codes.

how the hell am i a noob and i know how to add the do that but when i put the code in it says unknown function and yet im a noob

Unknown function means that it cannot find the function or the function does not exist. You either;

1)Typed the name of the function wrong
2)or have the function in a different GSC that is not included
